Cyclist-Inspired Craft Beer Raises Funds for Alzheimer’s & Announces Launch Party
Pedal for Alzheimer’s, Ltd. releases the Passionfruit Pedalin’ Radler beer by Knoxville-based Fanatic Brewing Co. The collaboration of a combined passion for raising funds for Alzheimer’s research and healthy beer options for athletes resulted in a light, refreshing beer.
“Pedal for Alzheimer’s couldn’t be more excited to launch this uniquely crafted beer for a special cause,” Josh Crisp, Pedal for Alzheimer’s Founder said. “The beer was specially crafted for athletes as a healthy alternative for those who enjoy a beer after a fun ride on the bike. People can feel good about where they are spending their money because 10% of proceeds go to find a cure for Alzheimer’s as well as education and support for caregivers.”
This beer is distributed by Fanatic Brewing Co. to local bars and restaurants. It is also currently available for individual purchase of kegs, half kegs, growlers and crowlers.
