Pedal for Alzheimer’s Draws 200 Cyclists

Two hundred cyclists from 12 states and Germany lined up at West Middle School last Saturday for the Elk River Valley 100, the Southeast’s longest-running cycling event. Riders, ages 16 to 82, tackled routes from 31 to 100 miles, including the grueling climb up Monteagle Mountain. The sold-out ride blended competition, camaraderie, and scenic Tennessee views, proving once again why the ERV 100 is a true cycling tradition.
